INFORMATION AND PRICES

To be allowed to enter, settle or stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. The latter has the obligation to ensure the proper maintenance and order of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of these rules of procedure. The fact of staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them. No one can take up residence there.

Minors unaccompanied by their parents will not be admitted.

Pursuant to article R. 611-35 of the code for the entry and stay of foreigners and the right to asylum, the manager is required to have the client of foreign nationality complete and sign, upon arrival, a individual police file. It must mention in particular :

1. The surname and first names;
2. Date and place of birth;
3. The nationality ;
4. The usual home.

Children under the age of 15 can be listed on either parent’s file.

Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the directives given by the manager or his representative.

Open from 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 4:00 p.m. – 7 p.m. (Except July and August) // 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. / 3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (July and August). on the possibilities of refueling, the sports installations, the tourist wealth of the surroundings and various addresses which can prove to be

useful. A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to customers.

These rules of procedure are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. It is given to each customer who requests it. For classified campsites, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed. The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions set by order of the Minister responsible for consumption and can be consulted at reception.

Customers are invited to inform the reception desk of their departure the day before. Guests intending to leave before the opening time of the reception desk must pay for their stay the day before.

Guests are urged to avoid any noise or discussion that might disturb their neighbours. Sound equipment should be adjusted accordingly. Door and boot locks must be as discreet as possible. Dogs and other animals must never be allowed to run at large.

They must not be left at the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their masters, who are civilly responsible. The manager ensures the tranquility of his customers by fixing times during which silence must be total from 11 p.m. No vehicles are circulating and do not enter the campsite after 11 p.m. (STOP BARRIERE 11 p.m.).

After being authorised by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers receiving them. The customer may receive one or two visitors. (Please refer to the general terms and conditions) The services and facilities of the campsites are accessible to visitors excluding the swimming pool. However, use of these facilities may be subject to a charge, which must be displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. Visitors’ vehicles are not allowed on the campsite grounds. A car park outside the entrance is available free of charge.

After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors can be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The customer can receive one or more visitors at the reception. The services and facilities of the campsites are accessible to visitors. However, the use of this equipment may be chargeable according to a tariff which must be displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. Visitors’ cars are prohibited in the campground It is prohibited to connect all electric cars to terminals and chalets under penalty of penalty, electricity points are available nearby. It is forbidden to connect any vehicle with electric fuel to the bollards and chalets.

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could damage the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly sanitary facilities. It is forbidden to dispose of waste water on the ground or in the gutters. Customers must empty waste water into the facilities provided for this purpose. Household refuse and waste of all kinds (except glass) must be disposed of in the appropriate bins. Glass should be deposited in the containers at the entrance to Soubès. Household waste, waste of any kind, papers, must be placed in the garbage cans. Washing is strictly prohibited outside the bins provided for this purpose. The drying of the linen will be done, if necessary, in the common dryer. However, it is tolerated until 10 a.m. near the accommodation, provided that it is discreet and does not disturb the neighbours. It should never be made from trees. Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to drive nails into trees, to cut branches, to make plantations. It is not allowed to delimit the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground. Any repair of degradation committed to the vegetation, the fences, the ground or the facilities of the campsite will be the responsibility of its author. The location that will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it when entering the premises.

a) Fire.

Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves should be kept in good working order and not used in hazardous conditions. In the event of a fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary. A first aid kit is located at the reception desk.

b) Theft

The management is responsible for objects left in the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. The camper retains responsibility for his own installation and must report to the manager the presence of any suspicious person. Customers are advised to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.

No violent or disruptive games may be played near the communal facilities. Children must always be supervised by their parents. A trampoline is available subject to posted instructions and parental supervision.

Nothing

In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the provisions of these rules of procedure, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, give notice to the latter to cease the disturbances. . In the event of a serious or repeated violation of the rules of procedure and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract.

In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call on the police.

Dogs and animals must not be allowed to run at large, or even locked up on the campsite, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. Their behaviour must not be detrimental to the peace, safety or cleanliness of the campsite. Their faeces must be collected by their owners.
Customers must provide proof of insurance and vaccination (rabies compulsory) in accordance with the campsite rules and service notes. First category attack dogs (pit bulls, etc.) and 2nd category guard and defence dogs (rottweilers and other types, etc.) are prohibited.

a) Opening dates – The swimming pool is open from 1 July to 31 August from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
b) Access to the swimming pool is free and strictly reserved for campsite guests, who must comply with health and safety regulations. Minors must be accompanied by their parents, who are responsible for their supervision. Animals are strictly forbidden in the pool area. The management and its employees decline all responsibility in the event of an accident in the pool area.
c) Hygiene – A foot bath and shower are compulsory for all customers entering the pool area. It is strictly forbidden to enter the pool with shoes on. It is strictly forbidden to eat, drink or smoke on the beaches. Anyone with suspicious skin lesions who is not in possession of a certificate of non-contagion is not allowed access to the areas reserved for bathers. Only clean children are allowed to swim; all others must wear a special swimming pool nappy.
d) Safety – It is forbidden to run, dive or play on the beaches.

e) Responsibility 

Compliance with the swimming pool rules is compulsory and applies to all camp customers from the moment they are admitted. The swimming pool is not supervised and use is at the bathers’ own risk. Minors must be accompanied by their parents, who are solely responsible for their supervision. The management declines all responsibility in the event of an accident in the pool area. At certain times, a member of the management team may be asked to enforce the pool’s internal rules.

In the event of non-compliance, and depending on the seriousness of the offence, the management may decide to exclude the offender temporarily or permanently.

These rules and regulations are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They will be given to customers on request.

In the event of a resident disrupting the stay of other users or failing to comply with the provisions of these house rules, the manager or his representative may give the resident formal notice, orally or in writing if he deems it necessary, to cease the disturbance. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of these rules and regulations, and after the manager has served formal notice to comply, the contract may be terminated. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call in the police.

In the event of difficulties arising in connection with the implementation of these internal regulations, the rental contract or following its termination for any reason whatsoever, and if no amicable solution can put an end to the dispute, the LODEVE courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
